In loving memory of Charlotte, the most beautiful, kind hearted, bright, unicorn obsessed, and loving six-year-old who was her parents, Grace and Sean’s whole entire world. Charlotte brought immense joy to Grace and Sean and everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Charlotte brought immense joy to Grace and Sean and everyone fortunate enough to know her. Charlotte lived with a rare metabolic condition Congenital Disorder of Glycosylation (CDG) type 1a which she faced with incredible strength, determination and resilience.
Your kindness and generosity will provide much needed support to her grieving family. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference.
