Ceremonycast - Extra Camera - Funeral Live Streaming Sydney

Extra Cameras

Adding extra cameras, such as a mobile roaming camera, allows us more flexibility to include more angles and footage in your live stream and recorded video. If the event is bigger, more complex or has special requirements, we can scale up our coverage with extra staff.

The larger funerals where it’s more challenging to film around the large amount of people present. We capture all the details of the funeral, large and small. Events in the church or venue such as the hearse farewell which can be included in the live stream.

For weddings, we supply extra cameras from a wider area around the venue. This option particularly suits larger or multicultural weddings where there are lots of different things happening around the ceremony. We can show much more of the venue and the setting, as well as areas outside of the standard camera’s view. We are able to broadcast from other rooms, track the marrying couple and wedding guests, and really give a fully immersive experience.

Recorded Footage

Integrating extra recorded videos that can’t be included in the live stream adds to the funeral tribute. Before and after the event, we can gather and edit any extra videos you want to include. This could be a montage of photos, messages from loved ones, or more footage from the venue. They will be added to the online video as soon as possible after the ceremony.

Funeral Videos

It’s common for family and friends who can’t attend a ceremony to send funeral video tributes or eulogies. These tributes are played during the ceremony. We can help people prepare for and produce their tributes.

Drone Camera

Drones at a funeral

As modern funerals continue to evolve, technology is changing how we farewell our loved ones. Joining via a live stream from a drone can really enhance their experience.

Our drone can capture events outside the venue once the ceremony itself is over, such as a Guard of Honour to farewell the hearse. It was important to the family that this part of the day was shown to online viewers, and so they requested our drone. We were also able to track the hearse for a short time as it left the venue.

Our Pilots are registered and accredited with the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) for commercial flying. This means they adhere to the required safety rules and flying regulations and have passed a CASA knowledge test. We are fully insured and we fly with discretion and sensitivity. We use the latest smaller and quieter drones to avoid any disturbance as much as possible.

Please note that drone use is subject to strict rules. Conditions on the day also are a factor. We’ll advise what may be possible at your ceremony location in advance and will conduct a safety evaluation on the day. Should we be unable to fly, we will instead provide a substitute service of additional camera coverage from outside the venue at ground level.

Wedding Live Streaming By Ceremonycast

Drones at a wedding

Drones are perfect for giving viewers a sense of location and scale. Weddings are often held in grand or impressive locations, which look even more impressive from the air. Technology has evolved to a point where drones can easily shoot live, high-quality video and transmit it to the ground so we can include the video in our wedding live streams.

The example below is Springfield House at Dural, NSW. Mixed in with shots on the ground, our drone was able to capture an amazing sense of place as part of our live stream, giving viewers an even better viewpoint of the venue than the attending guests!
