A professional Funeral AV package is crucial to a smooth, successful and memorable ceremony. We can provide any combination of projector and stand, projector screen, dual speaker system, speaker stands, wireless and wired microphones and mic stand, lectern and a laptop. If your event is large, we can provide a link to an adjoining room and screen our live stream to the overflow area.

The AV Producer will look after the setup, playback and pack down. The producer will ensure everything connects together seamlessly and will play all the ceremony media on cue using professional presentation software. The AV Producer also does the pre-production in the lead up to the ceremony; sourcing and downloading the music, picture and video files, plus any minor editing as required.

Our AV package can help when your venue doesn’t have the required equipment, or it’s old and/or unreliable, or if you’d prefer to hand the responsibility to someone else. For venues with equipment in place, we still always bring our own equipment which serves as a back to the on-site system in case of any issues. Our package provides peace of mind so you don’t need to worry about the myriad of connections, cables, formats and equipment.
