    Celebrating Tim

This month we’re supporting a fundraiser for Dementia Australia, in memory of Tm Granger, whose funeral we live streamed.

Dementia Australia represents the estimated 487,500 Australians living with dementia and the almost 1.6 million Australians involved in their care. It’s a huge undertaking, and there are a lot of misconceptions about dementia, and its prevalence. There currently is no cure.

When Tim was first diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer’s a friend directed the family to reach out to Dementia Australia. This organisation was instrumental in offering support and guidance in navigating this difficult diagnosis.

Tim was passionate about helping others in any way he could and Dementia Australia offered him a pathway to help others living with Dementia by encouraging him to become an advocate. Being an advocate gave Tim purpose and passion through his journey.

All donations received will support the work of Dementia Australia to make a significant difference for people living with dementia, their families and carers through vital support, services, education, training and research.

CeremonyCast is proud to support a range of Australian charities helping people through different life issues.

We see at first-hand the inspiring work they do in the community by helping people to navigate grief and bereavement, offering practical care after someone dies, reaching out to those in personal crisis, guiding those on their final journey, or advocating on important issues. We are glad to give back by regularly donating to these deserving causes.
